Ferntech is New Zealand’s leading DJI specialist store with a focus on drone technology. We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded eCommerce Specialist to take ownership of Ferntech’s online customer experience and digital store performance.

The Opportunity

The eCommerce Specialist is the digital “Shop Manager” for Ferntech. This role is responsible for the day-to-day health, growth, and commercial performance of the online store. You will combine visual merchandising, customer experience optimisation, content management, pricing strategy, and campaign execution to ensure Ferntech remains New Zealand’s leading online destination for drone technology.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing creativity with commercial performance and thrives in a fast‑moving technology environment.
