About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Associate to inbound shipments, pick and pack online orders accurately. You'll operate basic warehouse systems, and help keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organized. Key Responsibilities Pick, verify, pack, and label orders accurately stage for pickup or carrier dispatch Handle returns/exchanges Receive goods, put away stock, restock pick locations, and perform cycle counts Update order status in WMS/POS print shipping labels and carrier manifests Coordinate daily handoff with carriers Basic housekeeping Open and close warehouse, maintain safety as well as fire safety Support other warehouse tasks as needed during peak periods Greet walk-in/self-collect customers verify order details/ID process payments and receipts Qualifications Comfortable with talking to customers and POS/cash handling Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Physically able to lift up to 10 kg Schedule Hours: Monday to Sunday 9am to 6pm, ...
