We are seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Associate to enhance the digital shopping experience on boscovs.com. This role focuses on optimizing customer interactions through strategic management of onsite search functionality, merchandising initiatives, cross-selling opportunities, and comprehensive testing programs.
Job Responsibilities
+ Help Manage Site Merchandising for given categories by upkeeping category landing pages, promotional banners, and seasonal content to reflect marketing priorities, product launches, and key campaigns.
+ Optimize pages that are not showing the most searched products by tuning those items, brands, and items to the top of the page.
+ Assist in tuning links for daily marketing emails.
+ Conduct regular Site QA for issues with links, imagery & event timing.
+ Conduct regular analysis of competitors’ websites and ecommerce choices.
