ECH - Warranty Coordinator (6-Month Contract)

Overview

Empire Homes is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to support our High‑Rise Division. Reporting to the Director, Warranty, the successful candidate will coordinate day‑to‑day post‑occupancy warranty operations to support delivery and maintenance of a high‑quality rental product. This 6‑month contract is located in Etobicoke, ON.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $58,000–$70,000 (prorated for 6‑month term). Salaries based on skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, market and business considerations.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in a related field (considered an asset).
• Knowledge of Tarion CPG and general construction practices.
• WHMIS and Working at Heights training.
• Bridgit and Newstar experience preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in high‑volume high‑rise construction industry. <...
