ECE Centre Manager

MARC ELC is a thriving, community-based, not-for-profit centre seeking an experienced and confident leader to step into the role of centre manager.

Located on the grounds of a Crown Research Institute, we provide quality early childhood education for employees’ families and the local community. We follow a Gerber- and Pikler-inspired philosophy that fosters a safe, inclusive, and play-based learning environment. We have an expansive outdoor space and provide home-cooked meals.

As centre manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead and mentor a team of kaiako, and uphold high teaching standards. You will be supported by a parent-led board and a professional treasurer. You will foster strong relationships with staff and the community, while ensuring quality care and education for our tamariki. This is a full-time, permanent role.
