The role will require to have training in Beijing for at least 2 years. Relocation will be required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supplier quality performance monitoring and process audit/control, drive supplier continuously improve/enhance process quality.
  • Monitor motherboard quality for whole product life cycle, continuously improve quality performance, and handling quality issue.
  • Work with RD/NPI/PQE and supplier for new product launch successfully and good quality control.

    • ·Closely work with GCM team for cost reduction and new supplier qualification.

    ·Closely work with GSM team to get stable supply from supplier.

    ·New SMT process/ECAT product technics assess and introduce.

    ·Good in English and Chinese both in speaking and reading.
