Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and nurturing Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Fleetwood. This rewarding role will involve supporting children across Nursery and Reception as they begin their educational journey and settle into school life.

The successful candidate will play a key role in helping new learners develop confidence, independence and positive relationships within the classroom environment. Many children will require additional support as they transition into school, including those who are not yet considered school ready and those with additional educational needs.
