Define and own the overall eCommerce and omnichannel strategy, delivering sustainable revenue growth across owned, marketplace, and quick commerce channels. This role owns the full digital commerce P&L and ensures a seamless, customer-centric experience across all touchpoints.
Job Responsibilities
The E-Commerce & Omnichannel Lead defines and allocates the right resources and investments to deliver the growth ambition of Royal Canin’s E-Commerce. Through a collaborative approach, this associate supports, educates and leads the overall E-commerce strategy across different stakeholders in the country.
- Set channel strategy, targets and annual roadmap, in view of the competition, trends & dynamics of the market.
- Own P&L, budgeting, and performance reviews for digital channels.
