Job Description
  • Responsible for the E-commerce channels management, communication, and coordination of e-commerce operation, business planning, quality control, etc.
  • Plan and implement sales operation strategy on major e-commerce platforms in the Singapore market (e.g. mi.com, official flagship store on Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok shop), according to the company's overall strategy and KPIs, which include Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV), total profit, stock turnover rate, market share, and growth rate.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key players in the local e-commerce ecosystem to increase market share and drive sales growth.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects and handle daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaign execution, to support business growth in the market.
