About the Role
Make an Impact by Customer Success Sales Manage campaigns for telephony and ICT products, boosting both new gross-add and recontract sales Identify new opportunities to upsell telephony and ICT to the existing customer base through attachments and bundled packages with other products Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, CLM, and Product teams to ensure effective campaigns targeting SME customers for better traffic, leads, conversion rates, and sale Sales Performance Management: Monitor digital campaign performance against sales targets, leveraging insights from eCommerce metrics such as leads, traffic, online sales, conversion rates, and average order value Collaborate with Marcom, Marketing, and CLM teams to analyze the performance of online campaigns and improve sale Post-sales & Escalation Management: Work with post-sales support teams to enhance operational efficiency within the digital sales and post-sales process, ensuring end-to-end order fulfillment, service provisioning...
