About the Role

Job Description:

  • Overall management of online channels (Shopee and Lazada) including customer communications

  • Answer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through chat software and emails.

  • Use on-page and off-page marketing tools to boost online store sales.

  • Come up with content like descriptions and photos for the posts.

  • Strategize and implement marketing campaigns and activities to boost and generate sales

  • Contact and negotiate with clients to address inquiries and store improvement

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Mass Communications, or equivalent.
