Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (L3)

Blackford Tech require anexperiencedDynamics 365 Functional Consultant / Technical BA who can demonstrate strong Dynamics 365 Sales experience. You must be capable of analysing the client’s current sales process, designing the target-state process in Dynamics, performing fit-gap analysis, assessing and mapping source data into Dynamics, supporting workflow/configuration, documenting the solution design, and assisting with testing, user training, go-live, and ELS. Strong experience with Business Process Flows, Dynamics Sales configuration, source-to-target mapping, and stakeholder workshops is essential.

• Level: L3 (Execution & Alignment).
• Location: Abu Dhabi (Onsite 4–5 days per week).
• Experience: Proven experience in project management, CRM, and cloud-based enterprise applications, with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and delivery.
