Key Responsibilities
Implement and customize Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service
Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, BPFs, and security roles
Work on case management, SLAs, queues, and sales processes
Develop Power Apps (model‑driven/canvas) and Power Automate flows
Gather business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions
Support integrations with Outlook, Teams, Share Point, and third‑party systems
