Dryer Production OperatorThis position operates on a 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule, with 12-hour shifts rotating between day and night shifts. You will be expected to help cover shifts for others on vacation or sick.Job Summary
Responsible for operating dryers and related equipment to ensure consistent, high-quality production. This role follows strict safety and food safety standards and reports to the department supervisor.Key Responsibilities

Operate production equipment 

Monitor production processes and perform basic lab testing

Collect samples and ensure product quality standards

Support packaging and cleaning operations

Monitor critical control points and follow safety procedures

Report equipment issues and communicate with team members
