Drone Technician

Aviant delivers home delivery with drones, flying at 100 kph into people's gardens and delivering food and medicine. Since starting in MIT labs in 2020, we have completed over 8,000 flights, covered tens of thousands of kilometers, finished more than 30 contracts, and taken a leading position in the European drone market. We just launched Europe’s largest base for autonomous last‑mile delivery with drones at Ski, Norway. We are looking for a lead technician to be responsible for our workshop, maintenance and manufacturing.

As a Drone Technician, you will:

• Maintain drones, including BLDC motors, servos, batteries, flight controllers, and PCBs.
• Manufacture drones from components such as BLDC motors, servos, batteries, flight controllers, and PCBs.
• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
• Further develop procedures, documentation, and programs.
