Overview
Driving Instructor (Driving Licence Required) – role at TieTalent. My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest growing driving schools in the UK with 200 driving instructors currently on the road and hundreds in our training programme. There is a high demand for learner driver instruction due to test centre backlogs. In the last 12 months instructor hourly rates have increased on average by £3 per hour. Over 70% of our Driving Instructors have waiting lists, some up to 6 months. This is a strong time to become a driving instructor.
Anyone can become a Driving Instructor. We have recently recruited from multiple industries, including driving, finance, IT, health and education.
Responsibilities
- Receive full training that is provided locally when possible.
- Support learners and help them achieve driving test readiness.
- Deliver high-quality driving instruction and customer service to learners.
