Hybrid

Lead regular Product Development Team to manage issues related to the product engineering of Exterior Hardware mechatronic components

Author Engineering Change Requests to update the designs of these parts for quality and cost improvements.

Track and reduce warranty associated with these parts.

Follow up with suppliers and personnel to assure that targets are met on time.

Work Site Description: On site require every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Working remotely on Monday and Friday is generally acceptable as long unless required otherwise by manager.

Start before 9 AM and work until at least 3 PM every day while maintaining 40 hours per week.

Adjust schedule as needed to support meeting schedule or other reasons to complete the job.
