Draughtsman

The HVAC Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing detailed HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. The role requires expertise in AutoCAD and HVAC drafting standards, with a strong focus on coordination, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications, local codes, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Develop HVAC layouts for ductwork, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, drainage systems, and equipment installation.
• Prepare HVAC sections, elevations, schematics, and installation details in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Coordinate HVAC drawings with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection drawings to identify and resolve clashes.
