Draftsman (Fitout)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings , as‑built drawings , and detailed joinery drawings based on design specifications and project requirements.
• Read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and ID drawings to produce coordinated layouts.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant local codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Modify and update drawings as per site conditions, coordination meetings, or client feedback.
• Collaborate with the design, project, and site teams to resolve drawing issues and technical discrepancies.
• Maintain drawing records and ensure timely submission of drawings for approvals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for drawing input where necessary.
• Attend site visits for measurement verification and drawing validation as needed.
