Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities Liaise with customers, engineers, supervisors, and coordinators to develop conceptual design into detailed 2D and 3D drawings for site preparation and construction works. Prepare and update working drawings issued by the project or sales department. Produce shop drawings, cut-size drawings, and as-built drawings for submission and approval. Coordinate architectural and structural drawings for shop drawing submissions. Prepare layout and cutting drawings for structural decking and roofing installation works. Compile and maintain as-built drawings upon project completion. Interpret architectural and structural drawings and identify discrepancies or conflicts. Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, specifications, and good engineering practices. Manage multiple drafting tasks within tight deadlines and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
