DOMICILIARY MENTAL HEALTH/MHRRTP REGISTERED NURSE

Summary Delivers fundamental knowledge-based care to assigned clients while developing technical skills. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care based on age-specific components. Assumes responsibility for the coordination of care focused on patient education, self management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care. Follows procedures per established polices and guidelines. Responsibilities The functions and duties of the DOMICILIARY MENTAL HEALTH/MHRRTP REGISTERED NURSE include but are not limited to the following: Domiciliary Mental Health (MH) Registered Nurse (RN) promotes personal growth and development of psychiatric MH nursing practice on the Inpatient Mental Health (MH) and/or Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (MHRRTP) or as assigned.
