Key Responsibilities Activate new business on the system within one day of approval from the Insurer/Binder Manager. Conduct thorough compliance audits; ensure all necessary documents are on file and elevate discrepancies to the Line Manager. Issue full New Business packs (schedule, disclosure notice, wording, and signed compliance docs) to insured parties within 31 days of inception. Distribute renewal listings to brokers three months in advance. Negotiate or request terms from insurers 60 days prior to the renewal date.
