Domestic Services Manager – Healthcare

Salary: £44,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Manager to lead the delivery of high‑quality cleaning services within a busy healthcare environment. This role is critical in ensuring full compliance with NHS Cleaning Standards , Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) requirements, and key service KPIs.

You will take ownership of domestic service delivery across the hospital, leading supervisors and frontline teams to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards, support clinical priorities, and enhance the overall patient experience.
