Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain filing systems (physical or digital) to ensure files are organized for easy retrieval.
  • Classify, label, and index files, records, and documents according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and documents on the company’s server, cloud storage, or document management system.
  • Assist in migrating physical files to digital formats (scanning, indexing, uploading).
  • Track and log document requests to ensure the proper handling and timely retrieval of files.
  • Ensure all files are handled with confidentiality and in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Monitor file management processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
