Doctoral Researcher (PhD student) – Antenna Engineering

The Electrical Engineering Unit of the Faculty of Information Technology and Communication Sciences at Tampere University invites applications for a Doctoral Researcher (PhD student) position focusing on antenna engineering.

Position Overview

The main research topic will be antenna engineering including RF engineering. Projects may cover mobile phone antenna design, prototype manufacturing, extensive RF and antenna measurements, and combining signal processing with antenna design.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high‑quality research on mutually agreed topics and publish / present results in prestigious international scientific conferences or journals.
• Complete a doctoral degree, including mandatory study credits.
