Our client is a successful Western Australian ASX-Listed gold producer. They are looking for an experienced Leading Hand – Underground Service Crew to join a one of their successful mining operations in the Northern Goldfields, FIFO from Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Service Crew to complete scheduled and breakdown maintenance across underground infrastructure;
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed to a high standard and on time;
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and training to develop team capability;
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, recommend solutions, and liaise with relevant stakeholders;
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with site procedures and environmental standards.
