DMH Child Youth and Family Case Manager - Human Services Coordinator I - Brockton

The Child Youth and Family Services operated by the Department of Mental Health (DMH) at the Brockton Site Office is seeking a dynamic candidate who will provide Case Management services for eligible youth under age 22, with majority of caseload below age 18. The successful candidate will have knowledge and desire to work with youth with mental health needs and their families to promote recovery and connection to community-based services.
