DME Customer Service Rep

Description

:DME Customer Service Reps serve as a hub for the larger CoxHealth at Home DME team. They receive incoming requests for DME items/services by phone, fax, and other electronic referral portals and direct those new orders to the appropriate team/area within CoxHealth at Home. DME Customer Service Reps speak directly with patients, caregivers, CoxHealth staff, external referring facilities, etc. who call in for information on how to establish services with CoxHealth at Home DME. DME Customer Service Reps also receive inquiries from existing patients for all DME items and services and assist with common troubleshooting scenarios. They develop close working relationships with coworkers across CoxHealth at Home to gather information for those patients.
