**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

**As our Division Chief of Cardiac Anesthesiology, you will lead and grow a high-volume academic cardiovascular program at CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center – Bergan Mercy, a 391-bed Level I Trauma Center and flagship academic medical center in Omaha, Nebraska. You'll provide strategic leadership for a dedicated team of 6–8 cardiac anesthesiologists within a collaborative department of 23 anesthesiologists and 27 CRNAs while helping shape the future of cardiac anesthesiology through clinical excellence, faculty development, recruitment, quality improvement, and program growth. Working closely with cardiac surgery, cardiology, and hospital leadership, you'll help advance a comprehensive cardiovascular program that includes structural heart interventions and mechanical circulatory support, all supported by the EPIC electronic medical record system.**
