About the Role
Job Summary
The Distribution Effectiveness Specialist owns channel effectiveness reporting to ensure high-Rate Parity and continued success of IHG’s owned and partnered ecommerce platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Own, develop, maintain and progress all ecommerce central reporting as part of distribution initiatives, and integrate with relevant channel reporting
+ Own the Compliance processes that are implemented by the Channel and Distribution teams (for example, the Wholesale Compliance process requires monitoring of test bookings and ongoing escalation into various processes
+ Partner with the shopping teams including interns to ensure high quality reviews of ecommerce channels and efficient execution / data quality
+ Provide weekly/monthly reports to various elements of the Distribution team and other key stakeholders around the effectiveness of measures to improve ecommerce integrity
