About the Role

The purpose of this role is to support a specific unit of our distributor partner from local sales managers to sales reps and lead them to execute our strategy in the Downtrade channel in a given geographical area through business tracking, action planning, training, market visits and motivation in order to deliver a 100% implementation of agreed Perfect Store standards and Trade Marketing Plans.

  • Deliver on sales, distribution, coverage, and Perfect Store targets. Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. Fulfil all reports in due dates, use reports to analyze and develop the distributor KPIs.
