Disputes Specialist

To ensure accurate, timely, and compliant disbursement of distributor claims, concession payments, and premiums in accordance with approved commercial agreements and company policies, the role is responsible for processing and amortizing pre‑paid advances to customers, charging and accounting for penalties levied on distributors, and maintaining accurate distributor and customer balances in the accounting system. It involves close coordination with Commercial, Channel Finance, and Head Office Control/Accounting teams to support smooth day‑to‑day sales operations, identify and escalate exceptional or high‑risk items requiring immediate attention, and ensure robust financial control. The role also ensures completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness of all supporting documentation in line with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
