Waveren Berries is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Dispatch Clerk (Temp) to join our cold chain operations team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of products while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily dispatch operations
Ensure accurate preparation and fulfilment of all orders
Verify receipt and dispatch of raw materials and finished products
Capture dispatch data accurately and align records with system data (Device Magic)
Coordinate loading of trucks and containers in line with operational standards
Ensure all dispatches are completed on time and according to schedule
Monitor stock accuracy, ensuring system and physical quantities align
Oversee safe and proper use of dispatch equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
