#Discover II 2026-2027 A400M GST Internship

About the Program

AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain (Discover II 2026/2027). The program starts 5 October 2026 and ends 1 October 2027. It is designed for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing a professional career in the aeronautical sector.

Program Structure

You will study a Master, organized in three training blocks, to develop the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11‑month internship at Airbus, starting early October 2026, full time (40 h/week). You will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Responsibilities

• Participate in diverse decision‑making forums as part of a multifunctional operations team.
• Acquire sought‑after leadership skills.
• Learn state‑of‑the‑art technical knowledge in the aeronautical sector.
• Lead improvement tasks supporting the transformation project of the FAL A400M.
