About the Role
This role is responsible for leading & deliver a global innovation program of ingredients used in coating, filling & beverages, with a specific focus on fats. This person is also responsible for the fat portfolio used in the BC organization. This person will manage a team of product experts to execute and deliver global innovation projects. This person will also manage the Compound Science Lab in the Global Innovation Center @ Singapore.
The role reports to the VP, Cacao Coating CoE and R&D AMEA.
Key Responsibilities Lead global innovation program on ingredients in coating, filling & beverage (20%)- Formulate the strategy of global innovation program on ingredients in coating, filling & beverage to drive the business growth in this category
- Engage the leadership team in business and functions to gain the required support on global innovation program
- Plan and manage required resources to deliver the innovation program
