Position Overview

The Director, People Partnering is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the organisation’s people strategy across multiple regions. This role acts as a trusted strategic advisor to leadership, translating business priorities into scalable people solutions. The Director will lead a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring excellence in organisational design, talent strategy, employee relations, and performance management across diverse, multi‑country environments.
