Director of Western District Offices

Summary This position is in the Office of Field Operations (OFO) and reports to the Deputy Associate Administrator. OFO is comprised of 10 regional offices and 66 district offices. The Director of Western District Offices provides executive leadership of the western half of OFO operations. The portfolio includes regions 6-10 and the district offices in those regions-Southcentral, Great Plains, Rocky Mountains, Pacific, & Pacific Northwest. Duty Location will be aligned to a Regional or District office. Responsibilities Serves as the senior executive responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating Western District Offices operations, performance, and alignment with SBA programs and services. Advises the Deputy Associate Administrator on operational status, performance, risks, and strategic direction, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
