Position Summary FAU's Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing seeks a nurse with a DNP degree to serve as both the DNP Program Director and an Associate/Professor on the Practice Teaching Track. The role focuses on academic excellence, curriculum development, faculty and student oversight, and scholarship. DNP Program Director Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the DNP curriculum. Provide leadership in developing and implementing the DNP program's strategic goals and objectives. Develop additional pathways for the DNP beyond the APRN track. Oversee daily operations of the DNP program, including faculty development. Chair DNP committee meetings. Participate in hiring faculty and scheduling courses and teaching assignments.
