About the Role

Responsibilities Lead and manage the Sales organization across Europe (with main focus on Switzerland, France, the Nordics, the Benelux as well as Eastern Europe), with full accountability for revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company-wide growth objectives, including market penetration, account prioritization, and service portfolio positioning. Drive sustainable revenue growth by expanding existing customer relationships and securing new business opportunities within pharma and biotech clients. Build and further develop a high-performing, geographically distributed Sales Team through coaching, performance management, and capability building.
