Director of Rehab - Physical Therapist

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services. Minimum Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master/BS in Physical Therapy. PT candidates only; role is PT Clinic Manager. Active Florida state physical therapy license required to start. Previous clinic management or lead clinician experience preferred. Include experience with staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management. Experience developing clinical programs, patient care pathways, and quality improvement initiatives in an outpatient setting. Experience with documentation systems and ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, productivity, and financial performance for a clinic.
