Director of Maintenance (CHFM) - Jacksonville, NC

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $85k - $116k annually

Relocation Assistance: Up to $5k

Bonus Structure: Up to 8% of annual salary (tied to achieving organizational goals)

Qualifications

• Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, operations, construction, utilities, equipment repair, or related fields preferred.
• Previous management & healthcare operations experience
• Valid driver’s license required.
