Director of Human Resources

-You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations.

-To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division and the implementation of Hyatt’s People Philosophy throughout the hotel.

-Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.

-Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of HR in larger operation.

-Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
