Director of Hardware Engineering - Broadband Communication Systems (BCS)

Job Overview: Our client is currently seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the Broadband Communication Systems (BCS) Sector of Hardware Engineering team. As a Director of Engineering, you will lead a team of 150 plus engineers and managers in support of the BCS sector product and program portfolio. This role will coordinate all hardware engineering needs for the site and direct engineering execution for the programs, proposals, and pursuits in this portfolio. As a Director of Engineering, you will report to the Vice President of Engineering of the BCS sector. Active US Secret clearance required, TS/SCI is preferred.
