Reporting directly to the Vice President, this role serves as a key strategic partner to the General Manager and Senior Vice President, helping drive financial performance, operational excellence, and long-term business growth.
The Director of Finance will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and decision-making process for the business unit. This includes supporting mergers and acquisitions, evaluating manufacturing costs and operational efficiencies within a high-volume production environment, assessing revenue streams across programs and contracts, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
