We are looking for a Director of Event to join our team!

As Director of Event t, you will lead the Events Management and Sales team and collaborate with cross-divisional leaders to drive event sales revenue, enhance service quality, and deliver exceptional guest experiences at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa and The Palawan @ Sentosa.

As a Directorof Event , we rely on you to:

• Works with Singapore Centre of Excellence (COE) Sales Leaders and leads and directs the Events Management team to achieve the total events sales total revenue goals
• Plays a vital managerial role to cohere cross divisional cooperatons from Hotel Operations, COE Sales, Global Sales Office and sisters hotels to drive business growth and to acheive best-in-class events services.
• Responsible for driving and providing training and development for the Events Team
