Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of Environmental Service to ensure that the community is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner

Coordinate environmental services tasks and duties community wide

Direct and/or perform routine maintenance on grounds as necessary

Supervise safety and fire prevention programs

Inspect work areas and equipment weekly

Direct and monitor fire drills

Asses response times and make recommendations

Insure that all building systems are in working order and perform or oversee the performance of preventative maintenance
