Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Director of Design & Construction to serve as an execution leader within its Office Development Services platform, delivering complex office and mixed-use developments across Texas. Working closely with the platform's development leadership, this role owns design management, preconstruction, procurement, and construction execution—from early diligence through project closeout—coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors while keeping projects on budget and on schedule. The Director is involved in every aspect of the design process, with a focus on quality control, constructability, and implementation, and is capable of independently managing smaller projects.
