Linum Consult’s client is urgently seeking a bilingual Arabic- and English-speaking Director of Construction Services to oversee their portfolio in different countries, to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working at a corporate level, you will be responsible for managing and helping to grow the Construction Services projects across the Middle EastOverseeing the company’s Construction Management projects, and providing technical and managerial guidanceBringing in more construction projects for the companyGrowing and maintaining a large client baseRecruiting and managing staff PROFILE
Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or similar subject, with certifications of CAPM & PMP from the PMI15 years of experience in Construction Management for large infrastructure, public, and municipality projects
