Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Group CEO

Key Responsibilities Operations & Infrastructure

Oversee shared services including facilities management, transportation, insurance, and the acquisition/leasing of camps, yards, land, and offices.

Workforce Support & Welfare

Manage labor accommodations, camp operations, employee welfare programs, and retention initiatives.

Immigration & Government Relations

Lead PRO functions, visa processing, labor documentation, and regulatory compliance with government authorities.
