Responsibilities
Lead and manage Banking IT strategy and governance planning, project execution & delivery, and cost management, with a list of SMBC subsidiaries and affiliates, by aligning with head office’s directives.
Engage internal and partners’ stakeholders on business strategy and growth, business solutions from IT system solution and delivery, and the associated IT investments & ROI.
Apply strategic thinking to understand business needs, and tailor the associated IT system & architecture design to provide effective business operational process and IT solution.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to evaluate business strategy and align IT systems and solutions.
Review business growth, IT projects and operating costs, and consult with partner’s stakeholders on resources, delivery, and optimization.
